  1. Delivery Options
    Michigan SMART SHOPPER electronic gift certificates are made available minutes after purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation with details on where to access your gift certificate shortly after your purchase confirmation.

    Michigan SMART SHOPPER gift paper certificates can only be shipped within the United States, and not to US territories or protectorates. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate APO and FPO military addresses at this time. All gift certificates will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS).
  2. Delivery Estimates
    For paper gift certificates, our shipping business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm (ET). Any order received after 4:00pm (ET) will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
  3. Checking Delivery Status
    For electronic gift certificates, your order confirmation email will arrive within minutes of your purchase confirmation.

    For paper gift certificates, your order tracking number will be included in the "click-n-ship" email notification that is sent from USPS. You will receive this email the day that your paper gift certificate order is shipped.
  4. Missing / Damaged Gift Certificate
    To report a missing or damaged gift certificate please contact us online or call Michigan SMART SHOPPER 866-348-7654.
RETURNS
  1. Cancel or Change Order

  2. Returns Policy
    All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Michigan SMART SHOPPER within 90 days of the invoice date. The purchaser (customer) is responsible for all postage costs and arranging return of gift certificates.

    When returning a gift certificate, we strongly recommend using a form of traceable delivery. Michigan SMART SHOPPER is not responsible for lost certificates. Gift certificates must be in good condition with their valid serial numbers intact and legible. Partially redeemed gift certificates may not be returned for any refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Notification will be sent as soon as your return has been processed via email. Michigan SMART SHOPPER gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Michigan SMART SHOPPER will only process returns for gift certificates directly purchased and fulfilled by Michigan SMART SHOPPER. If you are returning an item purchased directly from our merchants or advertisers, please contact them directly. Michigan SMART SHOPPER gift certificates will only be shipped within the United States, and not to US territories or protectorates. We apologize, but cannot accommodate APO and FPO military addresses at this time. All gift certificates will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Michigan SMART SHOPPER gift certificates may be valid for up to one year from their purchase date, unless (a) otherwise indicated on the certificate itself; or (b) where otherwise prohibited by law.

  4. Refunds

  5. Exchanges
    Once your return to Michigan SMART SHOPPER has been received, you will receive an email from us once we have cancelled the original gift certificate and issued a new one to you.
